01  What is Lego Serious Play?

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (LSP) is serious fun and it is seriously fun! It is a facilitated use of a collection of techniques to empower organisations, teams or individuals in thinking, communication and problem solving. Also known as Real-Time Strategy (RTS), the methods makes use of the popular bricks like an open tool through application techniques. These techniques allow participants of the team-based exercise to explore deep concepts like values and feelings. As a team, the process simulate real-time situations in marketplaces to create awareness of scenarios and landscapes. Participants are invited to use the models and landscape created to evolve strategic moves or guiding principles for their organisations.

LSP is used world-wide for their versatile management teams to grow competence and insights in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous market environment. Based on the concept of "letting the hand lead in learning", LSP draws from extensive research from business, organisational development, psychology and education domains.

Our facilitator is trained by the Association of Master Trainers and are actively engaged in the local as well as regional Lego Serious Play Community.

 02  What is MBTI?

MBTI is a psychometric tool that provides useful insights into an individual or team personality type. While most tools provide behavioural indicators to guide leaders to improve, MBTI looks at the innate personality of the leader. Based on Carl Jung's theory, it captures essentially two aspects of leadership: how we take in information and how we make decisions.

While there are many online (free) tools, we recommend leaders who are serious on working on understanding their leadership types to take the comprehensive MBTI assessment online facilitated by us to generate an interpretive report that we can use for leadership coaching to get the desired results.

His coaching method and tools like Global Leadership Assessment and Leadership Progress Assessment empowers leaders to work on leadership behaviours through three key values of courage, humility and discipline. As trained facilitators who have depth of leadership experience, we will help leaders and executive teams to zoom in on the key leadership areas for improvement and train these leaders to gather feedback from stakeholders they work with to improve themselves. The entire process of coaching and guiding is structured and comprehensive which is the reason why this method of coaching is highly results focused.
