Dr Wing Wu
Wing brings with him over 25 years of experience with multinationals covering regional roles as
General Manager, Head of HR, Head of Corporate Quality & Operations Departments respectively
in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Philippines and Singapore. He has led in
strategic business re-engineering and change management exercises which helped companies
achieving turn-around and corporate transformation. At the national level, Dr Wu has been
involved as assessor in Singapore Quality Award and as a judge at the Innovation & Quality Circles
competition. He is a certified executive coach, people developer and a management consultant.
He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University with facilitation qualifications in ACTA, DACE and
NLP certificates.
About the course
This short course provides the essential survival tips for managers and leaders to manage performance and appraise their staff. It is delivered as an online or on-site Classroom Workshop. The program takes on a combination of lectures, case discussion and hands-on practice.
